Hello! I'm Tracy, Your Christian Financial Coach

My Journey From Change Jar to Abundance

I’ll never forget the bank teller’s face when I brought in $26 in change to cash out for groceries for the week.

She laughed.

And that was my, “I’ve HAD it!” moment.

My husband and I were young, newly married, and had already racked up $3,000 in overdraft fees for the year — and it was only August. Our different “money languages” felt so insurmountable that we actually divorced 7 years into our marriage. Money wasn’t the only issue, but it was the match that lit the fire.

But God had other plans.

During our separation, my husband gave his life to Christ, and I learned what it meant to live my life for Jesus. He restored our marriage and gave us a second chance.

When we remarried, we decided to do things differently, including how we managed money together.

We dusted off the principles we’d learned from money classes and books over the years — the ones we never actually implemented — and this time, we put them into practice.

We learned to budget together as a team (even with different money tendencies).
We became debt-free.
We built savings.
We learned to communicate about money with honesty, humility, and grace.

And by applying what Scripture really teaches about stewardship — multiplication, preparation, generosity — our marriage, and our bank account, blossomed and grew.

Today, when God prompts us to give $500 to a missionary, we don’t check the bank first. We trust He'll provide it. We’re building wealth not in spite of our faith, but because of it.

Now I teach you the biblical principles, practical tools, and heart transformation I wish someone had taught us years earlier — so you can manage money with confidence, build wealth without guilt, and become the generous Kingdom funders God created you to be.

The Heart of a Steward

Imagine Sunday morning. The missionary shares about unreached people groups.

The Holy Spirit prompts you to give. Not out of guilt. Not for recognition. But from overflow and trust that He'll provide.

You and your spouse already discussed it. You've allocated funds and trust the Lord to provide for Spirit-led giving. You write the check with joy, knowing your household is cared for AND you can participate in God's work.

Your children watch you demonstrate that money is a tool for God's purposes, not an idol to worship or a source of anxiety.

When unexpected expenses arise, you're prepared, not panicked.

When God opens a door for ministry, money isn't the barrier.

This is Biblical financial stability:

  • Not wealth for wealth's sake, but resources for God's purposes

  • Not hoarding in fear, but stewarding with faith

  • Not prosperity gospel, but having an abundance mentality

  • Not loving money, but using money to love others

You become God's distribution channel—a pipeline of provision for His purposes.

God Hasn't Called You to Financial Anxiety

He's called you to faithful stewardship. To manage His resources with wisdom. To give with joy rather than fear.

The question isn't "Does God want me to have money?"

The question is: "Am I being faithful with what He's already given me?"

Your next level of generosity is waiting on the other side of learning to steward well.
